At NoBlanko, we build software designed around psychological safety. Protecting your personal data and your voice metrics is our highest priority.

1. The "Zero Audio Storage" Guarantee

Microphone access is completely optional. You can use NoBlanko's core features to train your speaking structure without ever turning on a mic. If you do choose to enable your microphone for advanced pacing analysis, we do not record, save, or store your audio. Your voice is processed in real-time by our Speech Analysis Engine solely to count filler words. The moment you finish speaking, that audio data is permanently destroyed. No human will ever hear it, and it is never saved to any server.

2. Silent Practice Mode

We believe in complete user control. If you are in a public space or prefer not to use a microphone, you can use NoBlanko in Silent Mode. You will still receive dynamic scenarios and pacing guides to train your brain's muscle memory, but the app will not request microphone access, and absolutely zero audio will be captured or analyzed.

3. The "Local Mirror" Guarantee (Camera Optional)

Camera access is completely optional and is turned off by default. If you choose to enable it to review your body language, the video feed never leaves your device. It functions purely as a private, local digital mirror. We do not record, stream, store, or analyze your video. No human or engine will ever see it.

4. What Information We Do Collect

To track your Performance Circle ranking and progress, we store the following basic data securely on Google's Firebase servers: Your email address (if you create an account), your display name and chosen avatar, your practice metrics (e.g., total floor time, rank, clutter ratios), and app preferences.

5. Payment Security

NoBlanko does not process or store your credit card information. All payments and subscriptions are handled entirely through a unified, industry-standard Stripe and PayPal gateway. We only receive a secure token confirming your Premium status.

6. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We make money from Premium subscriptions, not by selling your personal information. We will never sell, rent, or trade your account data or practice history to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

7. Your Rights (Data Retention & Deletion)

You own your data. You have the right to access your metrics via the Dashboard. You also have the Right to be Forgotten: you can permanently delete your NoBlanko account, metrics, and all associated data directly from the Settings menu via the "Permanently Delete Account & Data" button in the Danger Zone. Once deleted, this information is immediately purged and cannot be recovered.

If you have uninstalled the mobile app and wish to process an automated account deletion via the web, please use the Danger Zone authentication portal below. The system will securely verify your identity before processing your request and retaining any necessary archival history.

8. Cookies

We only use "Strictly Necessary" cookies. These are tiny pieces of data used exclusively by our backend to keep you securely logged into your session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
