Welcome to NoBlanko. By accessing our website or application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, subscribing to our Premium tiers, or using the NoBlanko app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Subscriptions, Trials & Payments

NoBlanko provides a limited Free Tier allowing you to experience the platform with 5 complimentary Warm-Up sessions. To unlock Premium features and Ranked Delivery, you must select a subscription plan (Monthly or Annual) and provide valid payment details to initiate a 7-Day Free Trial. You will not be charged during this 7-day period. You can upgrade or submit payment at any time by navigating to your Dashboard and clicking the "Upgrade" button.

Users under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make purchases.

For users joining an official community chapter, a standard Member Circle fee of $99 USD applies. Upon the conclusion of your 7-day trial, your selected subscription will automatically begin, and your payment method will be billed. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. All payments, including subscriptions and Circle fees, are securely processed through our unified Stripe and PayPal gateways. Pricing is subject to change with prior notice.

3. User Conduct & Content

NoBlanko is a safe space for personal improvement. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose. While practicing in Ghost Mode or utilizing Sparky's Rescue, the content generated by our software is intended strictly for your personal coaching and development.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials within NoBlanko, including the P.R.E.P. framework implementation, the "Fog Lifting" interface, Sparky's character design, and the NoBlanko logo, are the intellectual property of NoBlanko Inc.

5. Limitation of Liability

NoBlanko provides educational software designed to assist with communication skills. We do not guarantee specific professional outcomes, job placements, or complete elimination of speech anxiety. The service is provided "as is."
